Born in 1953 in Vevey, Etienne Krähenbühl is a sculptor and has been interested in the brands of the time in the subject for decades. When the promoters Nicolas Wüst and then Pierre Fries meet him, it quickly became clear that Etienne could bring his personal vision by permeating the common areas of the building with his art with aesthetic materials such as the Corten steel which allows time to make its work in peace.

GRAPES TO ALL FLOORS

Located in the vineyard of the Riviera, the winemakers of Corseaux cultivate 12 hectares of vines. The result is wines recognized for their high quality and temperament.

As the owner of an apartment, you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to immerse yourself in the world of wine, because the building has a 700 m2 vineyard. The facades and the roof will also be vegetated and will create the first contacts between the different apartments.

A place where it is good to live

LES AGITES

MY WORKING DAY IS OVER, I WALK HOME FROM VEVEY TO STRETCH MY LEGS.

From a distance, one can recognize my building at first glance: its immense green balconies characterize it without hesitation. In the sun, their metallic Corten steel structure, too, affirms a very strong personality.

I approach and greet the neighbor that lives in the apartment located just one floor below mine, she is picking the last bunches of the climbing vine that also goes up tomy house, I will have to think of doing the same!

I cross the bridge that spans the basin and its water lilies, here am I, at home!

The stairwell is flooded with light. The jasmines and their aroma go with me to my floor, I could have taken the elevator, but I like to borrow this staircase in Corten steel and wood which is like a sculpture where we recognize Etienne Krähenbühl’s style. I arrived, I push the door, the sunset flooding the apartment and Rachelle, my wife, welcomes me, I am a happy man!
