Wüst family

Choosing this project is to place one’s feet in a land nourished by the love between a son and his father. “Les Agites” is first of all the idea of Emile Wüst which he projects on the land of Corseaux, received from his aunt in the fifties, just below the family home where his children grew up. This house now sees the younger, Nicolas living there. He is the one who, together with his father, imagined the Map of the Neighbourhood “Les Agites”. Today, Emile left but the project became real, carried by Nicolas on behalf of his 3 brothers and sister.

This real estate, designed with his partner Pierre Fries, is rare because it is the result of passions, those that animate Nicolas. There is first of all a taste for a job well done, which he demonstrates day after day in his profession as executive at the Swiss Post. There is the love he brings to the world of vine and wine that he materializes by Magnificients, a tribute to the Swiss winemakers and finally there is his thirst for discoveries for contemporary art by which this real estate project will be enriched with the style of one of the most famous sculptors of this country, Etienne Krähenbühl.

Although residing in France today, Pierre Fries left his mark in Corseaux.
His “New Eos” is the architectural jewel in the heart of the village. “Les Agites” follows this line. Supported by his sons, Arnold and Luc, Pierre Fries imagined this achievement with all the talent that made him a popular architect in the Hexagone where several achievements carry his signature. Pierre Fries also teaches in the United States. But it is here in Corseaux, on the family land, that he chose to build “Les Agites” in partnership and in perfect collaboration with his direct neighbor, Nicolas Wüst.
